Reporting burden is the main reason events go unreported. On Premium, staff talk or type through what happened and the rest of the form is filled in from that narrative for review before submitting. Thin reports get flagged while the reporter is still there to answer, so what arrives is complete enough to analyze. AI never overwrites what someone already entered, and the reporter always reviews before submitting.
